By default adapters will not attempt to send new Faxes to your Legacy Fax Machine,
To Enable Inbound Fax to Legacy Fax Machine:
send a email to {your fax number}@fax.voxistelcom.com from a authorized email address
subject: ADD {SIP User ID}@sip.fax
To Disable (Default) Inbound Fax to Legacy Fax Machine:
send a email to {your fax number}@fax.voxistelcom.com from a authorized email address
subject: REMOVE {SIP User ID}@sip.fax
If you do not know the SIP User ID:
you can open a support ticket, we will need to know the fax number of the fax box, if there is more than 1 adapter or if the adapter is a large port adapter we will need to know the MAC address of the unit and the Port(s) you want the SIP User ID for
you can also log into the provisioning server if the device is auto provisioned or log into the devices web interface if not on auto provisioned, under the Port Settings Page
